We use seasonal ingredients that come directly from local farmers and artisan producers. We can customize the toppings for your pizzas based upon your tastes, and the availability and quality of products.

(ingredients vary by season thus not all options are available year round. While not listed, most have shredded mozzarella.)
- Margherita: tomato sauce, basil, and fresh mozzarella
- Pepperoni: tomato sauce, artisan pepperoni, and fresh mozzarella
- Tomato sauce, housemade Calabrese sausage, and gypsy peppers
- Figs, Zoe's bacon, red onion, wild arugula, and parmesan
- Tomato sauce, spinach, oil-cured olives, Calabrian chilies and Redwood Hill feta
- Asparagus, green garlic, crème fraiche, lemon and parmesan
- Tomato sauce, shaved summer squash, pesto and fresh Bellwether ricotta
